Forget-Me-Not Church Service and Tea

Amazing Forget-me-not service today at All Saints Church yesterday was attended by over 60 local residents living with dementia - a heart warming afternoon of poignant reflection and much fun.

This was followed by afternoon tea and karaoke in the church hall. Huge thanks to Borovere Care Home who sponsored the afternoon tea and also made an amazing effort to bring residents out for the afternoon - we'll being doing it all again next year !

With tombola, raffle and church collection combined - £261.00 was raised to support Dementia-friendly Alton. Thanks to everyone else who kindly donated something for the rombola or raffle - we are totally bowled over with how supportive everyone has been - Thank you!
