10:00-11:00 Cycling on main Forest trails or the Inclusive Cycle Track

featuring regular bikes, children’s bikes, e-bikes and a range of inclusive bikes suitable for wheelchair users & wheelchairs

11:00-12:00 Forest Wellbeing Walk

14:00-15:00 Forest Wellbeing Walk with Relaxation
