Welcome to the Evington Hall website 

 

The hall serves the parishes of Hastingleigh and Elmsted and is available for public hire. It is suitable for meetings, clubs, societies, family gatherings and children's parties. The hall is light and airy, well heated (as necessary) and has a large number of comfortable, upholstered stacking chairs and folding tables. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, and cutlery & crockery for approximately 75 place settings. The hall has full disabled access with appropriate toilet facilities. There are an additional two toilets.

 

All hirers need to follow the link to our policy and procedure documents, and interactive booking forms - one for regular users and one for occasional users. These documents outline the Hall Trustees' responsibilities to Hirers and the Hirers' responsibilities to Trustees during any hire period. By signing a booking form the Hirer undertakes to comply with all our terms and conditions and to adhere to our policy and procedure documents.
