Bench & Hog House for Noremarsh Junior School

We were recently contacted by a Royal Wootton Bassett resident about a donation of wood leftover from a recent house extension, as well as the purchase of a Hog House.

Phil went along to make the collection.

It soon transpired that as the lady concerned was a Teaching Assistant at Noremarsh Junior School, that the Hog House was in fact destined for the school's newly created Outdoor Learning Centre. They are also going to make a wonderful bug hotel, from a number of pallets also left over from the building process.

The lady also made an enquiry as to whether the timber donation would be enough to make a bench. In discussion a picture of the type of bench was provided and it transpired that this too would be for the Outdoor Learning Centre.

Phil got to work and the picture shows the result. We're pleased to say that the lady was more than pleased with items.
