ANNUAL PARISH MEETING & MONTHLY PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

To be held at the Widdrington Community Centre, Grange Road, Widdrington Station from 6 p.m. On Monday 11th May 2026

The Annual Parish Meeting (APM) will start at 6pm followed at 6.30pm by the regular monthly parish council meeitng. Both agenda's will be displayed on the Notice Boards and the website prior to the meeting. Minutes will be displayed on the Notice Board and Parish Council Website following the meeting.

Everyone welcome - Members of the parish are able to contribute to the APM whereas other Members of the press and public are able to attend but unable to contribute just observe according to the rules of the APM. For this part of the meeting the chair determines the order of the contributions and the other coucillors will be deemed the same classification as any other member of the public.

The regular parish council meeitng there will be an open session for the first 20 minutes for further discussions relating to the parish.

When contributing either to the APM or to the parish council meeitng please be respectful.
