Details

Marian and Ellen are taking the much talked about trip to Lisbon and Porto in May 2026 and would love it if you came and joined them for either the whole trip or just a part if you prefer. As has been the case with previous trips, you will need to book your own flights and accommodation and let them know you are joining them.

Here are the details of what has been planned and booked so far to get you started:

Dates are 11th - 16th May inclusive:
11th - 14th May LISBON
14th May TRAVEL to Porto (by either bus or train)
14th May - 16th May PORTO

Flights:
OUTBOUND - Easyjet Luton to Lisbon EZY2461 at 12.15pm
RETURN - Easyjet Porto to Luton EZY2458 at 9.10am
Note that flight prices tend to increase closer to departure, so booking earlier is better.
We have decided to share one piece of hold luggage between us to give us more packing space but keep the costs down.

Accommodation:
LISBON - Lisbon Garden Boutique Guest House - 11th to 14th May
PORTO - Hotel Peninsular, Porto - 14th - 16th May
We found that on booking.com, you get a cheaper price if you use your mobile phone rather than a laptop to book.
