Village Hall AGM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Picklescott Village Hall will be held at the PVH at 7pm on Wednesday 1st April 2026 to conduct the following business

1 - Minutes of the Previous AGM - The previous AGM Minutes, dated Wednesday 2nd April 2025, will be available in hard copy on the day of the meeting. AGM Minutes are to be agreed.

2 - Reports and Accounts - To receive the Charity Trustees and the Treasurer’s annual reports. The reports will be available in hard on the day of the meeting. (TP and RM) - Reports are to be considered and agreed.

3 - Plans for 2026/7 - The plan for the social events calendar for 2026-7 will be outlined. (CG)

4 - Capital Programme - An outline of future works for the hall will be given, subject to funding being available. (DR)

5 - Appointment of PVH Charity Trustees (Committee Members) - The existing eight committee members request re-appointment for one more year: Tony Phillips; Ruth McKim as Treasurer; Christine Gibson; Steve Day; Clare Davies; Donna Robinson; Ros Crook and Chris Dunford. One new committee member requires confirmation of their appointment: Tracey Phillips. (DR)

6 - Any Other Business - Should anyone wish to raise AOB then please forward the items to Donna Robinson by Wednesday 25th March 2025, via email drobinson13@talktalk.net.
