The bin store on Back Orchard has now been closed. The bins have been moved to other stores, but this is only temporary until they’re collected and removed.
Residents have already asked how that'll work because the bin stores we have left were already at full capacity, so the extra pressure from Back Orchard households could easily lead to overflowing bins. So, we'll all need to keep an eye and report to the office if there are issues.
It's a shame Regency Living didn't just speak with the RA about all this because we could have agreed on a way forward that works for everyone.
