Cemex's agents have confirmed that their consultation exercise with the local community has been delayed while technical reports are concluded.

Originally they had hoped to be talking to the community about their proposals for gravel extraction on the former Airfield site about this time, but have confirmed that the programme has been delayed while technical studies and reports are completed. As a result the consultation is unlikely to start before the new year.
