Cheshire East Speed Limit Consolidation Order 2022
Chelford Parish Council
Cheshire East Council is currently consulting on a proposal to make an Order to consolidate all speed limits within Cheshire East into one Order. The effect of the proposed Order will be to revoke all speed limit Orders that have previously been made under section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and then to re-enact the provisions of those orders, consolidating the provisions into one Order.
A copy of the draft Order; a statement of reasons for making the Order and a copy of the public notice are available to view at https://www.cheshireeast.gov.uk/highways_and_roads/highways-licences-and-permits/traffic-regulation-orders/traffic-regulation-order-notices.aspx with plans available at Cheshire East Public Consultation (cheshireeasttraffweb.uk).
