A bowls coaching session was held Thursday 24th April for both new and more experienced members. Three disciplines were covered, weighted shots, line and length along with reading the head with the phantom bowler. A further discipline was played using goal post (mini ones I might add) in drawing the bowl to a given target within the goal. Delivering the jack in both line and length was also covered. A great time was had by all.
