Community Health Checks

At the next Winter Warmer on the 14th January at Stanton Lacy Village Hall the Community Wellbeing Outreach Team and Partners will be available for health checks. There will also be an informal 30 minute chat "Lets Talk Vaccination" with a Health Protection Practitioner on the importance of vaccinations and why you should attend our appointments - come along and join the conversation.
