Malmesbury B paid a visit to Tetbury B on Tuesday 6th June. Despite playing on grass, the team put in a great performance to lose by one shot overall, 46-45 and unfortunatelky only took home 2 points, losing 8-2 overall.

Malmesbury A had a bye in Round 5.

In Round 6, the Malmesbury green was full with two visiting teams,. Fairford A and Victory Park C. Malmesbury B won easily against their poonents, who played in good spirits but struggled with the fast carpet surface. Malmesbury B won 10-0 on points and 83-28 on shots. Malmesbury A gave Fairford A something to think about. Roy's rink beat Pete Stinchcombe's rink by 21-16, Brad's rink lost narrowly by 16-17and Tim's rink was doing very well until the very last end, when the opposing skip played two excellent shots to win 19-24, and to win the match overall for Fairford A. The final score was 56-57 on shots and 2-8 on points.

Malmesbury B's next game is home to Wotton under Edge B on Tuesday 27th June.
