Cow common gate closure

In line with the Common Gate Closure Policy, the gate to the gravel area will be closed to vehicles from the evening of Friday 27th June to the morning of Monday 30th June. The reason for the closure to vehicles is because an extended period of good weather is anticipated. Cow Common remains open to all on foot. Vehicular access to the Common when the gate is closed will be permitted to Blue Badge holders only, following application to the Parish Council Clerk. Parking is available at West Down, follow the road signs in the village to find this parking area.
