*** TODAY - WEDNESDAY 23RD MARCH - 4-8PM ***
Ditton Edge Public Exhibition
St Modwen Homes will be holding a public exhibition at Ditton Community Centre on
Wednesday 23 March 4pm – 8pm in the Don Carman Hall
All are welcome to attend.
St Modwen Homes, a developer of new homes, will be bringing forward development at the site known as Ditton Edge, located south of Brampton Field and accessed from Kiln Barn Road.
Following the grant of outline planning permission at the site for 300 new homes in 2021, St Modwen Homes has submitted an application to Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council for the detailed design, layout, appearance and landscaping of its housing scheme at the site.
The public exhibition will provide an opportunity for local residents and key stakeholders to meet the developer, to view the proposals for 300 new homes, including 75 on-site affordable homes, and ask questions. Where possible, St Modwen Homes will use feedback from the exhibition to further refine the scheme as part of the live planning application process.
St Modwen Homes hope that as many can attend the event as possible.***
