DITTON EDGE UPDATE
Although the outline planning application was submitted and approved some time ago, St Modwen Homes, the developer of the site has now submitted the "Reserved Matters" Planning Application. This contains much greater detail of how they plan to develop the site, landscaping, types of housing, layouts etc. Some of this information was available to view a the recent exhibition St Modwen Homes held at the Community Centre [we have copies available in the parish office]. This full application is now available to view via the TMBC Website -

The Parish Council will be considering this application at its Planning Highways and Transportation Committee Meeting on Wednesday 20th April. If you have any comments [relevant to the details in this application] that you would like the council to consider, please forward them to the parish office by midday on Wednesday 20th April - clerk@dittonparishcouncil.gov.uk . All the concerns and comments previously raised about traffic, lack of infrastructure etc have already been put forward, and unfortunately these will not stop the development taking place. Now is the opportunity to comment on the specific elements in the plan.
