Ditton Parish Council was pleased to be able to take part in the KCC EV charger scheme. The scheme’s aim is to install Electric Vehicle Charge points in Communities that may have areas that make it difficult for commercial installations.

KCC have funded [with a contribution from the Parish Council] the installation of two electric vehicle charging points at Ditton Community Centre. The charge points are available for anyone local to use along with users of the Community Centre. Ditton is the first parish in Kent to have the EVCPs installed through this scheme.

The EVCPs were installed by Connected Kerb. The EVCPs are live now on the app, more information is available on the EVCP stickers and on this website https://www.smartkerb.com/customer-services/.
