English Bowls Youth Development Scheme 2020
At a meeting on 7 September 2020 the EIBA Board have reviewed the outstanding 2019/20 and forthcoming 2020/21 EBYDS seasons
EBYDS 2019/20 Season
Due to the current COVID-19 situation across the Country and that Indoor Clubs, whilst starting to re-open, are doing so at reduced levels, to maintain social distancing, the EIBA have regrettably had to come to the difficult decision but to cancel the 2019/20 season.
EBYDS 2020/21 Season
As many Counties have indicated that they will not be operating until at least January 2021 at the earliest, the EIBA cannot see how a programme can be completed by April, therefore regrettably the EBYDS will not formally take place this season
We plan to restart the scheme in the Autumn of 2021 with the final to take place in April 2022
