A Flood Alert has been issued by the Environment Agency.

Flood Alert in force: River Thames from Hurley to Cookham.

Flooding is possible for: River Thames from Hurley to Cookham including Harleyford, Bisham, Marlow and Bourne End.

Be prepared.

Property flooding is not currently expected. Levels on the River Thames have been rising slowly throughout the afternoon in response to recent rainfall. Showers will clear overnight leaving a dry day on Sunday. Further rain is forecast on Sunday night into Monday, which could turn heavy in places. Levels are expected to continue to rise tonight and flooding of low lying land and roads is expected overnight and into tomorrow.

We are constantly monitoring river levels. Remain safe and be aware of your local surroundings, flood waters may be deep and fast flowing. Please refer to river levels on the internet for current river levels. This message will be updated tomorrow morning.
