Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14 (2)


Kent County Council gives notice that Jacobs Lane & Horton Road, Horton Kirby will be closed to through traffic, on or after 9th August 2023 for up to 2 days.
Jacobs Lane will be closed from the junction with Horton Road to junction with Forge Lane.


Horton Road will be closed from the base of pole 815471 to junction with Jacob Lane.


The alternative route is via Horton Road – Station Road – Dartford Road – Franks Lane – Lombard Street – Bull Hill.


This closure is necessary to enable low voltage cable repairs to be carried out by UK Power Networks.
This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a period of no more than 5 days
