Due to some Council members being unable to attend the meeting on the 12th a decision to move the meeting by one week to ensure quorum (the minimum number of members of an assembly or society that must be present at any of its meetings to make the proceedings of that meeting valid) has been made. The meeting will now be on the 19th of July at Bradenstoke Village Hall, 18:30 for the Annual meeting followed by the Full Council Meeting at 19:00.
