The road will be closed St James Lane and the A296 Watling Street Roundabout.

The alternative route is via A296 Watling Street (Westbound), B2500 Watling Street, A226 The Brent, A226 London Road, B255 St Clements Way, B255 Bean Road, B255 Bean Lane and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while full width carriageway resurfacing, replacement of road markings, HFS and traffic loops works are undertaken by Kent.
