Kerbside Glass Recycling is coming!
Exciting news! A new kerbside glass recycling service will be coming to households across Newark and Sherwood! This new service follows our public survey, launched five weeks ago, where almost 93% of respondents were in favour of it. This represents more than 10% of households in the district which is considered very high for any survey issued by any organisation. As soon as the funds have been allocated, which is expected to happen next month, we will be ordering new vehicles and bins and launching the service when these are received.
