Local Neighbourhood Plan Public Meeting - 22 February

All residents are invited to a PUBLIC MEETING to be held on Sunday 22 February 2.30pm in the Village Hall

An update will be given on the Local Neighbourhood Plan and there will be an opportunity to discuss the merits of the three sites which are being considered for the new housing development of 35 houses.

This meeting was originally intended to be a closed session, allowing residents to receive an update on the Local Neighbourhood Plan and to discuss the merits of the three competing sites. However, Macar have now proposed a revised plan for the Ivansfield site, which will be outlined in a short presentation. In the interests of fairness, the other developers will also be invited to present.

Following these presentations, the meeting will continue as a closed session as originally planned.
