Spring

Morning all,

With Spring around the corner and people beginning to get out in their gardens more. There are many things to consider when keeping belongings and property that are kept outside of your homes.

Ensure that tools and equipment are put away after use, additionally keep garages and sheds locked at all times. Another area that is important, is to make sure fences around your home are secure and not broken and a good way to prevent people climbing over is planting defensive hedging and plants may help to deter criminals. Thinking about personal safety when you get home after dark, light timers can be used to give the impression someone is home. Finally, thankfully holidays are back on so when planning a break away ask if neighbours can watch over your home, ensuring that post is pushed completely through the letterbox and not visible from a window.

Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day

Kind regards

Lisa
