First - my apologies for the typos in the application number for the previous News item on planning - the 'land west of Bullocks Horn'. I have now corrected the planning application number in that News item - to PL/2025/09895.

Now this new application - PL/2025/09912 - Land near Minety Substation - which means the Minety or Upper Stonehill solar farm. This is for a number of amendments to the conditions on the amended permission - typically amending the wording to record updated plans and details. I haven't yet analysed it all in detail so cannot say whether there's anything significant in it.

Charlton PC will likely consider this applicationin its meeting on 22 Jan 26.
