The next meeting of the Parish Council will be on Tuesday 3rd March 2026 in the Church Room, Claydon, starting at 7.30pm and will be preceded by the Annual Parish Meeting starting at 7.00pm.
The Annual Parish Meeting is a mandatory public meeting for local government electors in England, and must be held between 1 March and 1 June, and is designed for councils to report on their past year's activities and for residents to voice opinions on community issues as well as local voluntary organisations to report on their activities. It is not a Parish Council meeting, and not bound by the rules relating to formal Parish Council meetings.
All parishioners and local voluntary organisations are warmly invited to attend.
