We contacted Royale this morning to ask about the process if the out-of-hours number isn't working. It's essential that we're able to get hold of someone in emergencies. Gail our area manager got straight back to us and said she is happy for residents to keep her work number as a backup. She has this turned on on out-of-hours too.
So, the process for emergencies is -
Try to contact the grounds team on 07591 952 354. If that fails call the area manager 07917 969489.
Things that constitute an emergency are things like a fire on site, major electrical issues, break ins, etc.
