Confirmed Meeting Dates for 2026

Upchurch Parish Council meetings are normally held on the first Thursday of each month and usually start at 7.30pm.

The confirmed meeting dates for 2026 are:

  • Thursday 5 February 2026 – 7.30pm
  • Thursday 5 March 2026 – 7.30pm
  • Thursday 9 April 2026 – see special arrangements below
  • Thursday 7 May 2026 – 7.30pm
  • Thursday 4 June 2026 – 7.30pm
  • Thursday 2 July 2026 – 7.30pm
  • Thursday 6 August 2026 – 7.30pm
  • Thursday 3 September 2026 – 7.30pm
  • Thursday 1 October 2026 – 7.30pm
  • Thursday 5 November 2026 – 7.30pm
  • Thursday 3 December 2026 – 7.30pm

April 2026 – Change of Date and Special Meetings

Please note that the April meeting has been moved to Thursday 9 April 2026, as the first Thursday falls on Maundy Thursday.

On Thursday 9 April 2026 the following meetings will take place:

  • Parish Council Meeting – 7.00pm
  • Annual Parish Meeting – 8.00pm, immediately following the Council meeting

The Annual Parish Meeting is a chance for residents and local groups to come together to discuss local initiatives and activities within the parish. The Upchurch Community Award will also be presented during the evening.

All residents are very welcome to attend.
Light refreshments will be available following the Annual Parish Meeting.
