We haven't forgotten about the pitch fee tribunal.
The current status is -
1. The tribunal received the paperwork from Royale at the end of June but they are bogged down with cases so still haven't processed ours yet.
2. In the meantime Royale went into administration so management of the site passed to the administrators.
3. The administrators have asked the residents association to send details of our case for them to consider. We have sent them information about deterioration of the site and reduction of services in the last 12 months which we believe should have been included in section D of the pitch fee review form.
4. The administrators have said they will review our case and get back to us by next Thursday. We will update residents when we get a reply.
