Sale of a small strip of Parish Hall land

In accordance with the the constitution of the parish hall CIO, the hall trustees have agreed to sell a narrow strip of land marked in blue on the plan, to the neighbouring property. They consider this to be in the interests of the community as the income from the sale will go towards to refurbishment of the hall, and parishioners’ use and enjoyment of the hall and field will not be significantly impacted.
