GOOD NEWS! Godshill Matters was successful in its application to the HIW Police & Crime Commissioners Road Safety fund. We have been awarded £8000 to purchase and install two flashing speed awareness signs - one at each end of the village.

Planning permissions and agreements with Island Roads need to be overcome, so it will take a few months. Please be patient. But it doesn't stop there - we need your help.

Our Community SpeedWatch campaign needs to be urgently restarted. We need YOU to volunteer to join the team. YOU can make a real difference in Godshill. Please contact chris@godshillmatters.org.uk to find out more. It’s only an hour or so a month, so please do help.
