Southern Water UPDATE – potential water supply issues – Kent

We wanted to drop you a note as a key stakeholder in Thanet to let you know that, with our sites operational, we are in a much-improved position in Thanet. While we can’t guarantee that there is no risk of a loss of supply at any time, and particularly while we're still in recovery, we have built up a more resilient position.

We know that there’s a lot of worry in the local area and we want to reassure people where we can that the risk of a loss of supply is much reduced. We’re engaging with local media and planning to do some targeted social advertising to get the word out. We would really appreciate your support in helping us to spread this message through your own channels.
