PUBLIC NOTICE
Temporary closure of Nuthurst Street, Nuthurst CP, 25th March 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that from the date specified below, West Sussex
County Council has temporarily closed to all traffic Nuthurst Street, Nuthurst CP, in the Horsham
District under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, on Nuthurst
Street outside Keatings
The emergency temporary closure commenced on 25th March 2026 for a maximum of 21 days.
It is anticipated that works will be completed on 27th March 2026. The road closure is required
for the safety of the public and workforce while Uk Power Distribution Ltd undertakes Essential
tree trimming / vegetation clearance to ensure safe and reliable power supplies: ROAD
CLOSURE FOR SAFE REMOVAL OF FALLEN TREE ON POWER LINE
The restriction will be in place 24hrs a day
An alternative route will be signed on site.
Access maintained for emergency services, residents and pedestrians within the closed area.
