THE KENT LADIES BENEVOLENT TWO WOODS TRIPLES IS BEING HELD ON THURSDAY 14th JULY 2022 AT BIRCHINGTON BOWLS CLUB -
WE NEED HELP FROM AS MANY CLUB MEMBERS AS POSSIBLE ON THE DAY:

Our Club has the privilege of hosting this Event. We are asking for as many Members as possible to help out on the day please.

The Rinks will need to be set up early, as participating Players must report in by 9-00am, with Play commencing at 10-00am.

There will be a Raffle that needs overseeing. Tickets need to be sold and the Draw supervised. If you are able to donate any Prizes towards the Raffle, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hosts will be needed to greet Players and Visitors; guiding them to the appropriate areas.

The Bar will be open, so help from our Bar Personnel throughout the day would be appreciated.

The Catering is being run by John Alchin. Help will be needed with Teas & Coffees, and of course the Washing Up.

Cakes will be available, and need to be sold. If you’re able to, we would appreciate any donations to this cause as well.

Lunch will be served to Players who order it prior to the day. Depending on numbers, there may have to be two Sittings. Help will be needed with this.

Light Refreshments are available throughout the day for Visitors, and help will also be needed with this.

The Men’s Changing Room will be used for Visiting Players on the day of this Event. Can all our Gentlemen Club Members, please ensure that your personal property is secured in your lockers, to avoid anything going missing on the day. Thank you.

Needless to say, there will be no Roll ups for any Members on the 14th July. All Rinks will be in use throughout the day for the Competition.

This Event is a major undertaking for the Club. Please help if you can. We can’t do this without you.

Please let Christine Rogers our Club President know ASAP if you can help, and in what area you can lend a hand. This is an all day Event, and we will need a lot of Volunteers.
