Tidying up
From Monday 13 May residents should see contractors working to improve the following areas.
1. Mansted Close/Bulphan View Car Park: The current bin bay will be undergoing a significant transformation replacing the curreny eyesore with a new wooden fenced-in bin bay.
2. Dunton View Car Park (opposite Chestnut View): A new wooden fenced-in bin bay on the right-hand side of Dunton View car park.
3. Top Field behind Sycamore View: Makeover of the heras fencing, transitioning to a more permanent solution. This upgrade includes a gate for staff access, not only enhancing aesthetics but also ensuring we will be able to remove the combustible fly-tipped materials without the risk of this happening again. Additionally, this enhancement is expected to positively impact the visual appeal for residents on Sycamore View.
