The Ashendon Plantinum Jubilee weekend is fast approaching.

On Thursday, 2nd June, don’t forget to get your bunting up ready for judging on Friday. Then come along to the playing fields for the Jubilee Beacon celebration at 9pm (for the official light up at 9.45pm).

Why not make Saturday your ‘making and baking day’ ready for the Ashendon Big Lunch on Sunday? Make and decorate a Crown for the children’s competition, make or bake a pudding for the Queen.

On Sunday (5th June), grab your drinks and bring a savoury plate of food/dish to share ‘street party style’, bring your pudding for the Queen and come along to party in traditional Ashendon style on the Playing Fields. There will be welly wanging, tug of war and wacky races to name but a few activities.
