Eye Treatments

Simple small treatments on the eyes and eye area can make such a big difference.  I have helped many people grow out their eyebrows if they have been unhappy with them, or if they have been over plucked and help control the not so well behaved eyebrows!  I can help to ‘train’ your eyebrows into a shape you are happy with and that can be controlled with regular treatments.

Both tinting eyebrows and eyelashes require a skin test 24 hours before treatment. It takes 5 minutes for me to pop around to you to do the test. It is always better to be safe than sorry. Even if you have had the treatment done before.  I may use a different tint than the ones you are used to.

Eyelash tinting is a relatively quick treatment. Vaseline is smoothed underneath lower lashes and above top lashes. A damp cotton wool pad or tinting paper is then placed underneath the lower lashes. Once a colour is decided, it is then painted onto the lower lashes. Eyes are then closed and the tint is then applied onto the top lashes. We then leave the tint to do it's work, anywhere between 10-20 minutes.  The tint is then gently wiped away, leaving you with gorgeous dark lashes which will slowly fade away over a couple of weeks. If the treatment is done on a regular basis, the colour will build and become longer lasting.

If you book in for eyelash tint and eyebrow shape, if you are comfortable with the tint on, I like to start work on the eyebrows.

When doing an eyebrow shape, I start by waxing in between your eyebrows. I then work slowly but surely to tidy the eyebrows, after we have discussed what sort of shape will suit you and any preferences you may have as regards to thickness.  I will always give my opinion, but ultimately I will work towards your requirements.
