Andover British Legion Club
The Royal British Legion is the UK's leading Armed Forces charity and one of its largest membership organisations. Members get together through the network of branches and clubs all over the country and overseas to participate in social, fundraising and welfare activities.
Andover Royal British Legion Branch meets every month on the second Tuesday at 2000 hrs at The Royal British Legion Club, 4 Western Road.
Andover Royal British Legion has two aspects, the Branch and the Club. The two co exist side by side with their own committees and Presidents. The Branch supports the charity work and works within the Royal Charter of incorporation and schedules. The Club is the social aspect and is a business registered as a Limited Company within its own right but it supports the Branch in its charity work within its own set of rules.
To join the Andover Branch please complete a Branch Application form available from the Branch Membership Secretary and present it to the committee who meet every second Tuesday of the month at 2000hrs.
To become a member of the Andover Club you must be a member of a branch of the British Legion and apply to the club secretary who will issue you with a copy of the current club rules.
