Andover Vineyard

The Vineyard Adventure Course

The Vineyard Adventure Course The Vineyard Adventure Course
This course is for everyone, whether you are just looking or wanting to grow more as a Christian.

What is it?

So what is the Vineyard Adventure?  It is a course which will show you how to grow more as a Christian.  It covers many topics and explains such things as baptism and communion; how to pray effectively; discover your spiritual gifts and many others too numerous to mention. It could answer many of the questions that you would like to ask and haven’t!  It will help you grow together with others and all be equipped to lead people from their first spark of interest to a full life with Jesus.

Who is it for?

Anyone who is thinking that Andover Vineyard might be the church they want to call home.  It’s for anyone who wants to grow spiritually and discover which spiritual gifts they have and most importantly, how to use them effectively. The Vineyard Adventure is also mandatory for anyone who would like to be involved in a leadership position at Andover Vineyard. This applies whatever your background or previous experience, as we want to make sure everyone is on the same page and because no one wants to be lead by immature or uncommitted leaders!
You don’t have to be a Christian to do Part 1 and find out if Andover Vineyard is for you, although for the rest of the course, it really would help if you are.

What can I expect?

The Vineyard Adventure is run over 9 weekly sessions. It’s great fun and a great way to meet new friends and get to know some of the key leaders. You will be given a folder to hold your course notes and the resources which accompany the course.  As the course progresses it becomes more and more interactive and uses many different types of media to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable learning experience together.

As each session builds on the previous one, we would ask you to commit to attending all 9 sessions.  If you do miss a session you’ll be able to carry on from where you left off the next time the “Vineyard Adventure” is run.
