Highways

traCE – track, report, alert Cheshire East

You can report problem streets and highways issues using the Cheshire East traCE tool.

You can also check what issues have already been reported to Cheshire East.  TraCE replaces the previous system, Fix My Street.

To report an issue, please click here:  Cheshire East Council - traCE

The system will check if the issue is on land owned or maintained by Cheshire East, and also shows what Cheshire East is doing about it.

The types of issues you can report include:

  • potholes
  • faulty streetlights
  • litter
  • abandoned vehicles
  • blocked drains and gullies
  • fly-tipping

About traCE

traCE is designed to get accurate and complete reports to the right team. That means faster responses and better use of resources.

The system integrates with other Cheshire East systems and data to make sure reports are correctly categorised and directed, allowing delivery teams to spend more time on resolving issues and less time on administration.
