Outline planning application for the erection of up to 112 dwellings including affordable housing, with public open space, landscaping, sustainable urban drainage system (SuDS) and vehicular access. All matters reserved except for access.

Please note that the consultation end date is 21st August and all representations must be submitted by this date. It has come to the attention of the Clerk that the Cheshire East planning portal is not allowing representations to be uploaded. The Clerk has contacted the Planning department to raise this as a matter of urgency and advises that, in the mean time, submissions can be sent directly to ceplanning@cheshireeast.gov.uk
