Communication with Cheshire East planning, received on Monday, confirms that Cheshire East is not able to share a copy of the notice at this time.

The notice was served on 12th August 2026, expires on 7th October 2026 and states that the recipients are required to “Cease all unauthorised works to “the Land” such expression includes the Grade II*listed building.”

Further updates will be reported on the Parish Council website.
