Building works are still taking place at the Old Grammar school and the Parish Council has continued to monitor the situation. Due to further activity reported today the Parish Council has:

  1. Contacted Cheshire East planning again to chase the Enforcement case raised, reference 26/0442/ENF regarding removal of trees and hedgerow.
  2. Reported possible criminal damage and wildlife crime to Cheshire Police
  3. Contacted the Environmental Protection team at Cheshire East as a matter of urgency regarding the burning of waste at the property.
