Booking the Hall

You can check the availability and make a booking enquiry through our live calendar (booking instructions can be found below). We will then check your booking and send you a confirmation. We aim to be as responsive as possible, however please bear in mind that we are a volunteer organisation so are not always available.

A description on the facilities can be found on the Rooms for Hire page and Hire Charges can be viewed at the bottom of this page.

Prior to booking, please read our Terms & Conditions of Hire, which you will be asked to accept during the booking process.

To view the calendar / make a booking enquiry use this link to the Hallmaster Website On-Line Booking System.

Go to ‘select room’ on the calendar, select a room option from the drop down menu (N.B. The committee room will be added to weekend bookings by the administrators, hence it is not available for users to select)

choose your date and click the blue + symbol next to the date and fill in the booking enquiry form.

Please remember to include extra time for setting up and tidying up.

On the booking enquiry form you will see blue question mark tooltip icons against every question, which provide a detailed explanation of requirements and options.

For further information, Hallmaster has provided a short user guide (see attached file at the bottom of this page), which should tell you everything you need to know.

For Weddings and Special Requirements bookings or any other questions regarding your booking, please email baginton.vh@gmail.com

Please note: -

We are no longer taking any ad hoc evening bookings.

The committee room cannot be booked separately at weekends (it will be added to all weekend bookings by the administrators).

Advance bookings can only be made a maximum of two years ahead.

Bookings for parties are only taken for Baginton residents.

All children’s parties must be finished by 6pm.
