Regulations & Fees

Cemetery Regulations below have been set in order to be sufficiently flexible to meet most people’s requirements, but also preserve the dignity of the place and ensure that health and safety rules are satisfied. These regulations are reviewed periodically.

The Cemetery Fees below are reviewed each year and any amendments will take effect on 1st April in any year. Double fees are charged for non-residents, however, this regulation may be waived if the deceased has previously been a Battle resident. (Please direct any enquiries to the (T) Deputy Town Clerk.)
