The re-scheduled Village Meeting will now be on Monday 23rd April ’18 at the usual time of 7:00pm. The main topics on the agenda will be the Open Gardens arrangements and a short explanation by Bill Hiscocks of the effect that the new General Data Protection Regulations will have. These will precede the main event, which will be a presentation on cyber security by Tim Wilton, a volunteer from the Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust (WBVT). This charity works in partnership with the Wiltshire Police to provide a home security service for elderly, vulnerable and disadvantaged people throughout Wiltshire, as well as offering advice on keeping safe online.
