Covid 19 Update

It has been uncertain times for us all but as restrictions start to ease, the postponed Parish Council meetings are looking to be re-implemented with consideration to the government guidance at the time.

A short meeting will be help on 11/08 at 7.30pm in the village hall. It is imperative that any member of the public wishing to attend lets the Parish Clerk know in advance so that appropriate social distancing measures can be put into place and spaces allocated. Appropriate PPE will be required unless there is a valid reason for not wearing it as well as hygiene measures within the hall. There are specific legal requirements to be completed in a timeframe which is imminent.

The full agenda is not yet confirmed but the meeting will cover the approval of the previous years accounts, the S106 budget, a new vacancy (to be advertised post meeting) and to sign off some outstanding documents. We will also discuss how to manage meetings going forward in the short term and if online, how these can be available to all.

The AGM and Annual Parish Meetings (normally in May) will be held later in the year.
