Neighbourhood Plan

The Parish Council warmly welcomed the results of the Neighbourhood Plan survey, and praised the efforts of the residents and Council members who make up the steering group. There were over 900 responses to the questionnaire and these will now be used to inform the next steps in formulating Bishopstoke’s Neighbourhood Plan.


Litter Picking

The Council wishes to thank all those residents who have been involved in recent litter picking activities, and all those who are joining the Keep Britain Tidy litter pick.


Street Pastors Anniversary

The Parish Council wishes to pass on its congratulations to the Street Pastors on their 10th anniversary. The Council is grateful for the work they do around the Parish.


Bishopstoke Carnival

Bishopstoke Carnival takes place this year on the 15th and 16th of September. This year the parade will follow a new route, starting at the Bishopstoke Community Centre, going along Stoke Park Road before heading down Underwood Road and coming back along Hamilton Road.


Police Beat Surgery

The Police host a Beat Surgery every 4 weeks in the Parish Office, where residents can come in and share any concerns they have with the officers who are here.

The next date is Monday 26th March.

The sessions run from 10am to 11am.


The next meeting of the Parish Council will be on Tuesday 27 March 2018 at 7.30pm in the Parish Council Office, Riverside, Bishopstoke.

Bishopstoke Parish Council Office

The Parish Council Office is located next to the Bishopstoke Memorial Hall on Riverside.  The office is usually open - Monday 9:00am to 12:30pm & 1:30pm to 4:00pm and Thursday 8:30am to 12:00pm & 12:30 to 2:30pm. As these hours can be affected by meetings it is best to check the website for up to date information for the week.

The Office also has information on local events and support services and the Office telephone number is 02380 643428.  There is an answerphone facility if you call out of hours.  Do call in if you see the light on!
