Bleasby School Teacher

Some year 4 pupils at Bleasby Primary school have been successful in securing most of the money they need from the county council and a Veolia bid for a recycling project in school.

The project consists of new recycling bins for each classroom and for all children to take part in a recycled plastic art project with the artist Anna Roebuck The artist will process the work and return to school to install it. The finished work will be in the form of colourful banners, big flowers/butterflies and recycled planters.

They need £310 more for the whole project to go ahead.

In support of this, I wanted to ask if anyone in the village, who is unable to do a tip run or bottle bank run themselves, would like me to do it for them. In return they could make a small donation towards the project.

I am available weekend 7/8th November (along with Naomi Emerton, fellow bleasby resident, who has offered to help me) so please let me know as soon as possible if you would like our services!
